"I just previewed The Flip Side’s improv for Sunday night’s showing at Harvest of Hope. Your cast is so talented. I haven’t had such a good laugh in a very long time. I am sure that our guests will thoroughly enjoy your skits. Thanks to you and your team for doing something so special for NAMI Mercer."

"How can saying "yes, and..." change your parenting?
Yesterday I attended an inspiring Improv for Business workshop led by Laura Ekstrand of Vivid Stage. Improv, yes, like comedy! I was so nervous, I'm not funny, however, here's a useful insight I gained for parenting.
In improv (think Who's Line is it Anyway?) it's critical to go with the flow, avoid resistance, and create something from what you've been handed.
In business, you need to shift with the times, respond to individual customer needs, and create value for your client even when their expectations don't exactly match yours. Just like improv! "
