Daria M. Sullivan (she/her/hers) is a NJ/NYC based actor, director, teaching artist, writer, and virtual assistant. She is a Humanity in Action Senior Fellow, member of Vivid Stage’s playwrighting group (Dreamweavers), and a member of Burn It Down/BiD (NYC based film collective). She did sound mixing and art direction for previous BiD films and will co-produce their upcoming 2021 film. Theatre credits include Everything Is Super Great (Vivid Stage), Holiday Bites (Vivid Stage), Be Here Now (Vivid Stage), Continuing the Conversation (Vivid Stage), and Unveiling Liberty (Speranza Theatre Company). She co-stars in VS’s web series (Together Apart) and guest stars as AMINATA/CUSTOMER for season two of Cocotazo Media’s audio fiction series, Timestorm (TimestormSeries.com). Directing credits include I Am The Gooseking by Ben Firke (The Tank) and assistant directing Valentine’s Day Cabaret: Kindred Spirits (Vivid Stage). Daria wrote a one act play (Somewhere in Between), which was produced by critically acclaimed playwright/author Kathleen George at the University of Pittsburgh. Daria enjoys traveling and collaborating with artists from diverse backgrounds and is especially invigorated by stories centering Black women. Want to create together?
