Be Here Now
Surrounded by painfully cheerful co-workers, Bari is deeply cynical and woefully underemployed. After an unexpected and unexplainable turn of events, Bari finds herself on an enlightening new path. When she meets Mike, it’s her turn to pull another out of the darkness.
"In a time that often feels like nothing matters, Be Here Now bursts through the gloom and offers a new and uplifting perspective."

Experience a Sound Bath of Himalayan Singing Bowls and Bells.
Sound and vibrations with singing bowls put our physical, emotional and spiritual energies back into alignment. Singing bowl therapy and meditations are very restorative and provide a powerful venue for deep relaxation. You will be guided to be mindful of your breath while staying in the present moment, listening to the sounds of the vibrations, as they help you release stress and relax.
Participants need to bring a yoga mat to lie down on and a blanket or two (one to put down on the yoga mat and one to cover yourself up...and a pillow).
