Be Here Now

Surrounded by painfully cheerful co-workers, Bari is deeply cynical and woefully underemployed. After an unexpected and unexplainable turn of events, Bari finds herself on an enlightening new path. When she meets Mike, it’s her turn to pull another out of the darkness.

"In a time that often feels like nothing matters, Be Here Now bursts through the gloom and offers a new and uplifting perspective."

Accompanied by readings from the book, “Be Here Now” by Ram Dass, drop into this moment using breath, gentle yoga movement and meditation. You will be serenaded by Lisa and her harmonium to completely release your body and mind. Lisa is an ecstatic devotional singer and yoga instructor who uses her skills as a musician to bring the experience of awareness to her students.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.

March 1, 1:00-1:30

Badawang Art: Your Inner Tranquility

Carol Schoffmann, Instructor

Experience a Sound Bath of Himalayan Singing Bowls and Bells.

Sound and vibrations with singing bowls put our physical, emotional and spiritual energies back into alignment. Singing bowl therapy and meditations are very restorative and provide a powerful venue for deep relaxation. You will be guided to be mindful of your breath while staying in the present moment, listening to the sounds of the vibrations, as they help you release stress and relax.

Participants need to bring a yoga mat to lie down on and a blanket or two (one to put down on the yoga mat and one to cover yourself up...and a pillow).

March 8, 1:00-1:30

Unwind Yoga

New Providence

Aubrey Reichard-Eline, Instructor

Reclaim your center.

Life is busy, this is time to connect with your breath and come back to your peaceful self.  You will be guided through easy relaxing poses and movements that will link with your breath, stretch you out and release tension in the body. You will be in a playful and supported environment where you can take a moment for yourself and recharge.

Participants need to wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat. Bring a blanket if you like and/or if you do not have a mat.
